Prime Manhattan Residential Founder Robert Dankner has teamed up with Interior Designer and Architect Mark Zeff and Physician Jerry Lubliner to rejuvenate farmhouse living in the Hamptons. The new product, dubbed Black Barns, are “inspired by the barns and farmhouses of the East End” and are an alternative to the stereotypical “McMansion-style” homes. Each is custom made with a sale price starting at $4 million. Black Barn was featured in DuJour Summer 2015.
